Get help communicating before and during the competition.
For increased engagement, invite team leaders to a workshop 1-3 weeks before the Challenge to build internal motivation for the competition.

Create users in the Admin Panel early, start entering information about your challenge and add the teams.

Inform employees about the dates and that there will be a Ducky Challenge 1-3 weeks in advance. Share the invite link with the employees at least 1 week before the Challenge starts.

Launch the Challenge with a joint event - physical or digital.
Share practical information and link to join the Ducky Challenge.

What are the winning criteria?
In the Ducky Challenge, itβs about saving as much CO2e (or points if food waste or plastic topics are selected) per participant as possible.

What about GDPR?
You will find our privacy policy and several articles on IT security HERE.
What if the participants are facing login issues?
Due to very strict filtering policies, some organizations will unintentionally block the Ducky domain.
A consequence of it, is that the participants using working devices and internal networking will not be able to access the Ducky Challenge.
To fix this, the organization's IT department will simply have to whitelist the Ducky domain.
